The story
Endeavour was founded in 2024, after a decade watching recruitment agencies solve the wrong problem. The industry rewards breadth for its own sake: more desks, more sectors, more logos on a website, none of it earning the trust of the people worth hiring, the ones who don't apply and won't be won over by volume alone.
Endeavour was built differently. Two divisions, each led with direct, first-hand expertise in that world, and backed by a trusted bench of specialist recruiters brought in as each mandate demands, so every search is resourced by people who actually understand the role, not just the job title.
It's also why Endeavour doesn't turn work away simply because it falls outside those two names. Our founder has recruited the best developers in the market, across the biggest banks, investment banks, quant funds and hedge funds, and carried that same rigour into diverse public sector organisations, local authorities, start-ups, and tech and AI scale-ups, and everything in between. That range means a generalist brief gets the same standard as a specialist one, even without a division-branded microsite to greet it. Two deep specialisms, one genuinely broad capability behind them: that's the actual shape of the business, not a compromise on it.
How we work

Depth first.
Tech and Hospitality are led with direct, first-hand expertise in their sectors, the shortcut to trust a generalist never gets. Work outside those two names is held to the same standard, resourced by the right specialist for the brief rather than whoever's free.
II.
Speed when it's needed, care always.
Urgent vacancies get moved on immediately; we don't let process slow down a role that can't wait. But we won't pad a shortlist just to hit a deadline. A mis-hire at senior level costs a business a year, and that's worth protecting against even under pressure.
III.
Confidentiality where it counts.
Most searches are straightforward and open. Where a mandate is sensitive, a confidential backfill, a senior exit, a restructure not yet announced, we handle it accordingly: no advertising, no name attached without permission, nothing said outside the conversation the client wants to have.
